• You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance
• A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover admin and transaction costs
• No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction; however, a future discount or added service may be offered as goodwill
• Rescheduling is allowed without penalty (subject to availability)
With your prior consent, I may take photos during or after service delivery for marketing, portfolio, or educational use. Consent is usually obtained through a checkbox or written form. No photos will be used without permission.
